About Us

We are Matthew and Molly Huston of Clover Hill Farm. We moved to Rocky Face, GA, in 2024 from Hixson, TN, to start this farm, and it has become so much more than we thought it could be. We've been wanting to farm full-time and have been saving up for years to make that a reality. When it was finally time for Matt to quit his job, we realized that the property we were on was not going to work.

It was just too steep and rocky. So we started searching. We quickly realized that staying in TN was not going to be an option unless we wanted to move far from friends, family, and our church, so we started looking in GA, where land was cheaper.

God blessed us with this 15-acre lot that seemed to be perfectly set up for us. The land was already cleared, and there was basically no work that needed to be done on the house. So we moved in right away and got to work building a pole barn, mobile chicken coops, brooders, hoop house, egg processing facility, and mobile cooler.

The list is still going, but we've done a number on it, and we have been blessed with fantastic customers who are amazingly supportive. We are continuing to grow our egg business and have expanded into meat chickens and ducks (for eggs). We hope to add sheep, turkeys, and pigs in the coming years.
